2. Click on proceed. In the next screen, in picture 2 you will see a download link. First download that file. Save it first in your PC / Laptop.

This file should be uploaded in your site. So be sure that your site can run PHP or ASP or JSP files. You don't need to upload this file as it is. But you must place a file in your website which must contain CODES which is present in this downloaded file named "resource_page.php". Here it's saved in DESKTOP of my Windows XP.
I have a plan to rename the downloaded file from "resource_page.php" to "onlinecprlinks.php". So by the following pictures I am showing you how I renamed the downloaded file to a custom name onlinecprlinks.php . I ALWAYS RECOMMEND TO CHANGE THE FILE NAME from resource_page to any other name.

3. Step-2 is pretty simple so I have chosen step 3 where I want to put the uploaded file in a subdirectory named "subdir" in my website root .
So where all my website documents and files are present, there I create a folder named "subdir". This folder is now empty. In this folder I shall put the renamed file onlinecprlinks.php

Now I am copying the renamed file to my website root folder in my local computer (Not in server).

Then I shall upload this subdirectory under my website root as it is in my local computer.

4. Ok. Everything is complete and now I am going to step-3 and filling up the rest of the form fields.

Then type the directory name in which you want to put the renamed file. This directory must be under webroot. Here directory name: subdir

5. Then in following screen I select the text in black background and copy it by right mouse button.

I need to Paste that text in my home page, I choose footer. Also I want to hide it from my visitors. So I enter lots of BREAKs in my Home Page's HTML code. Firstly I am opening the home page ( index.html here) in a windows NOTEPAD.

Now putting the copied code at the bottom of INDEX page , which is HOME PAGE.

Now Save the home page and again upload this changed home page file ( index.html ) in your website's root. So now this HOME PAGE links to your resource page named onlinecprlinks.php placed in a folder subdir already uploaded in your site.

After uploading click the button in the following screen and complete all steps to submit your site.

Now submit your site data :
Then press FINALLY SUBMIT YOUR SITE button. And all done.
After that you can cross check your submission. In the left navigation pane or left menu you will see a link THE DIRECTORY. Click that. You will see the following picture.
Click on Online Education link . Because this site submitted in this category. Then you will see your site listed here :
